Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is located between the cities of Fort Worth and Dallas and is Texas’ busiest airport and also the world’s fourth busiest airport. Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport is the 10th busiest International gateway in the US. American Airlines utilizes the airport as its largest hub. The airport is Texas’ largest airport and the world’s second largest airport, in terms of land area, at 18,076 acres.
The airport features five terminals and 152 gates. The airport features a number of services and amenities which include the American Airlines Admirals Club, Korean Air Lounge, Delta Sky Club, Continental Presidents Club, Lufthansa Airlines, and the British Airways Lounge. The airport also features Chase Bank, and the American Airlines Credit Union, ATMs, fax machines, the Samsung mobile travel lounge, mail drop boxes, FedEx drop box, Western Union, children’s play area, Pepsi Junior Flyer’s Club, McDonald’s Play Area, Internet access areas, barber shops, massage chairs, manicure shops, luggage carts, pet hotel, power charging stations, tax free shopping and currency exchange. Flyers also enjoy a number of shops and eateries which include everything from apparel, to tobacco, to books, to jewellery and more. Eateries include restaurants, cafes and snacks to go. Airport Parking and Transfers
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport features a number of parking options which include terminal parking which is located right next to all five terminals and features over 28,000 parking spots. Valet parking is also available, as well as express and remote parking, and, special parking spaces for users that are disabled. A disabled card must be visible within the vehicle to utilize disabled parking.
The airport also features a number of ground transportation options that transport flyers from the airport to various parts of the city. Transportation options include public transportation, such as buses, courtesy cars, rental cars, taxis, charter buses, limousines, shared rides, and shuttles.
