How do I recieve my tickets?

We will send you an e-ticket receipt, which includes your itinerary and receipt of payment, along with our terms and conditions and any information related to your booking. E-ticket receipt will be sent within 48 hours from completion of booking. 

What is an E-ticket?

Most airlines now issue tickets in an electronic form. An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that you are able to print out at your own convenience. You will need to have a printed copy of your e-ticket when you arrive at the airport.

Please note that some airlines do not use e-tickets. In such cases, we will mail you a paper ticket.

How do I change my booking?

You can make changes to your booking by calling us (contact us) between our operating hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday (SGT). If you are unable to reach us and the change is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly (Airline contact details).  Please note that changes will incur a fee of SGD$85.00 per person, which does not include airline charges (Pricing).

How do I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

You can request a cancellation of your booking by calling us (contact us) between our operating hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday (SGT). If you are unable to reach us and the cancellation is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly (Airline contact details).  Please note that not all tickets subject to cancellation are refundable. In cases where the ticket can be cancelled, Skiddoo will charge a processing fee of SGD$120.00 (Pricing). This does not include airline fees.

How do I change the name on my ticket?

You can make name changes to your booking by calling us (contact us) between our operating hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday (SGT).  If you are unable to reach us and the name change is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly (Airline contact details).  Tickets are non-transferable; in the event that you have miss-spelt your name, Skiddoo will charge a fee of SGD$85.00 this does not include airline fee. 

How do I make special requests?

Special requests can be made during the booking process, such as special meals, disability requests and seat requests (aisle or window only). Please note that these are requests only and not all requests may be fulfilled by the airline.

How do I enter my Frequent Flyer Information? 

During the booking stage you will be asked to enter your frequent flyer details, including your frequent flyer program and number.
